Return Process

  Contact our concierge team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a secure, insured shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your item in its original presentation box, including all certificates, warranty cards, and manuals, then pack it securely within a shipping carton.

  Insured Transit

  Affix the provided prepaid label and drop off the package at an authorized shipping center, ensuring you receive a receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our master jewelers will inspect the item for authenticity and condition before we process your full refund or exchange within 7 business days.
